VALUING gamers will finally have something to show for the whole time they spend in Riot’s tactical shooter.
The lead designer of the competition, Jon âEvrMoarâ Walker, detailed the player progression system to come in today’s episode three. live developer, detailing how account leveling works. In tomorrow’s Episode Three patch, players will be immediately retroactively rewarded with an account level based on the amount VALUING they have played so far.
âThere are three ways to reward players: time, skill and money,â EvrMoar said. “We’re really good at rewarding your skills, you can buy skin rewards with money in the battle pass, we have no way of rewarding your time.” So this is the first initial step.
Account levels will be divided into different levels, with each category giving you a different border. Levels one through 99, for example, will be a basic gray color while levels 400 through 499 will be a brighter platinum blue. And the later you are in your level level, the more complex your border will be. Level 400 will have a less detailed border than level 480. Judging from the Riot image provided, it looks like a player’s level will appear on their banner next to their Act Rank badge.
Episode 3: Reflection kicks off tomorrow, featuring the new Agent KAY / O, a new Battle Pass, and a myriad of weapon and agent balance changes.
